Payment
After you place an order, the shop's card number is shown. Once your transfer is checked, the order is prepared for shipping.

For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn cannot be returned.

When will my order arrive?
Usually 2 to 5 working days after payment is confirmed. The tracking code appears in My orders once it ships.
Can I try a piece on before buying?
Yes. Earrings have virtual try-on, with your camera, a photo of yourself or a model photo.
Is my order gift-wrapped?
Every order arrives gift-wrapped.
Are the pieces hypoallergenic?
Yes. The body is plated stainless steel, suitable for sensitive skin, and typically does not cause irritation.
Will the color fade or tarnish?
With proper care the color stays. Keep pieces away from water, perfume and lotion, and wipe them with a soft dry cloth.
What are they made of? Is it real gold?
This is fashion jewelry: stainless steel with gold or silver plating. It is not karat gold or sterling silver, which keeps prices friendly and the range wide.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Put it on last and take it off first, keep it away from water and perfume, and store each piece separately in a box or pouch.
How do I choose a ring or bracelet size?
